What we collect

Only what the form asks for

When you start a home search we collect your first name, phone number, preferred language, the property type, price range and timeline you select. If you arrived from an advertisement, we also record the campaign parameters in the link you followed.

We do not ask for and do not collect a Social Security number, credit score, income, bank balances, tax returns or employment history. Some of that belongs in a conversation and the rest belongs to a lender.

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to Adeline Hidrogo for the purpose of responding to you about your home search. The website’s technical systems and service providers may process and store the information as necessary to operate the website and the lead-management system behind it.

How long we keep it

For as long as it is useful to answer you

Lead and enquiry information may be retained for follow-up, customer service, recordkeeping and other legitimate business purposes. We do not state a fixed deletion period here, because we would only be describing a schedule we do not operate. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will.

Selling and sharing

It is not sold

Personal information submitted through the enquiry and home-search forms is not sold.

It is not the same thing as never being shared, and we will not claim that it is. Information may be disclosed to the service providers that operate this website and its customer-relationship system, and — at your request, or where it is necessary to provide something you have asked for — to a relevant professional such as a lender. It is not distributed automatically to unrelated agents or added to marketing lists.
