What this site collects when you contact Adeline, and what happens to it.
Only what the form asks for
When you start a home search we collect your first name, phone number, preferred language, the property type, price range and timeline you select. Other forms ask for what they say they ask for: an email address, a property address, or, on the financing and refinance pages, rough figures such as a home value, a mortgage balance or a target purchase price. If you arrived from an advertisement, we also record the campaign parameters in the link you followed.
We do not ask for and do not collect a Social Security number, credit score, income documents, bank balances, tax returns or employment history through this website. Some of that belongs in a conversation and the rest belongs to a lender.
Anonymous usage measurement
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits, the pages visited, and actions such as submitting a form, using a calculator, or tapping to call or text. Those events carry the page language and, for the calculators, a summary result (for example a ratio or an estimated payment). They never include your name, phone number, email address or property address. You can block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings or an extension.

Enquiries submitted through this website are delivered to Adeline Hidrogo for the purpose of responding to you. The website’s technical systems and service providers may process and store the information as necessary to operate the website and the lead-management system behind it. Financing enquiries are also shared with the licensed mortgage company named on those pages so that it can respond.
For as long as it is useful to answer you
Lead and enquiry information may be retained for follow-up, customer service, recordkeeping and other legitimate business purposes. We do not state a fixed deletion period here, because we would only be describing a schedule we do not operate. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time, and we will.
It is not sold
Personal information submitted through the enquiry and home-search forms is not sold.
It is not the same thing as never being shared, and we will not claim that it is. Information may be disclosed to the service providers that operate this website and its customer-relationship system, and — at your request, or where it is necessary to provide something you have asked for — to a relevant professional such as a lender. It is not distributed automatically to unrelated agents or added to marketing lists.
